Shipping policy

Delivery Conditions:

Delivery is only available to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs: (including statutory VAT)

We charge a flat shipping fee of 2.95 pounds per order.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days with an order cut-off time of 17:00 (CET).

Delivery Times:

Delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom takes place within 10-15 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that there could be delays on events like Christmas, Black Week etc.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
