Return and refund policy for customers in the United Kingdom
A) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us or to Graf-Berthold-Weg 4, Oberreichenbach, 91097, Germany, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Included Pay Duties & Taxes.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Exchange
You can exchange products already ordered on our site, but the fastest way to exchange is to place an order for the new product and return the current order by following our return & refund policy.
Damage or Incorrect Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or a wrong or incorrect product. We will send you a new product and resolve the issue. If only the box is damaged, we will send you a new box.
In this case you have to take to costs of sending the item back to us.
B) Refund
We will process the refund within 7 business days, and we will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.
